azul-blue was in need of a movie and a DVD case for the owner’s 65th birthday, as a tribute for all her years of devotion and friendship.

The DVD case design was inspired by a typical kitchen cork board with old and new photographs, paper clips and notes. Each flap is telling a story in chronological order.

The front page of the case displays old pictures and the inside new ones. For the DVD, we gathered the information, organized the content, selected the music, and edited the movie. We then designed a DVD interface and transferred the movie into a DVD environment.
